About Us
Donald Sohn, CFA, is the founder of Forge Crest Advisory, an independent consulting firm providing strategic and transactional advisory services to private equity investors and corporate acquirers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Donald brings over 20 years of experience across corporate development, finance, and investment banking, most recently leading buy- and sell-side transactions at Lonza, a leading pharmaceutical CDMO. His background includes roles with Jefferies, Credit Suisse, and Booz Allen Hamilton, covering aerospace & defense and healthcare. Donald holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
